Case of Tourist/Business Visa :
Are you a foreigner who entered
the United States with a US visa : tourist visa
or
visitor visa and/or business visa (Visa B-1 or B-2) and have a valid reason
which requires you to stay
beyond the time indicated on your I-94 or arrival card?
If your answer is ‘yes,’ you are eligible for
an extension. However, you must
have available:
1.-
An original/copy of your I-94 or arrival card given to you by an immigration
official. In case you do not
have the original form I-94, an additional form must be handed in. For more

2.- Valid Passport - Not expired passport.
3.- Time. At least 3-5 days before the expiration of your I-94 and/ or
